Alison Moger is a Welsh artist who combines stitch and a hint of print to create collaged textiles. All her pieces are inspired by her family and the community and tell a story.
She creates contemporary one off pieces that are produced from vintage fabrics and worn domestic textiles.
Thanks for that Hanna, these are fab! Very quirky, I'm liking the mix of print & stitch.
ReplyDeleteNo problem Pip. I first came across her work in an exhibition back home, and she put all her pieces in little wooden frames. They are very small scale, very cute.
ReplyDeleteThis work reminds me of why I applied to this course, before I got so serious about it all. We need to just enjoy our work a bit more! I think she is a contented and happy artist.
