I really liked the images in the Evans and Pate video, so I researched who made it. I also thought the writing style by Cragg, is an excellent style to "borrow" for my posts.

“You know what it's like. You're wandering aimlessly down the aisle of your local second-hand shop, mindlessly pulling out chunky knit sweaters or trying to work out if Global Hyper colour T-shirts are ever coming back, when suddenly you're pulled into a pile of discarded jumpers and conscripted into a Day-Glo army of thrift warriors. No? Perhaps that's just me. It's also what happens in the amazing video for the new single from San Francisco duo Seventeen Evergreen, AKA "cognitive computers, singers and multi-instrumentalists" Nephi Evans and Caleb Pate.
Directed by Terri Timely, it's a kind of knit-one-purl-one horror show, all itchy woollen balaclavas and crocheted vests. It's so good it almost overshadows the song itself”.
Terri Timely is the collaboration of two people, Corey Creasey and Ian Kibbey. Both reside in Oakland, California. If you enjoyed the video, visit their website, it is full of interesting, amusing and surreal images.
Their short film "Synaesthesia" is brilliant.

Terri Timely worked with the artist Sarah Applebaum to make the video. She has an amazing web site show casing her very unusual and original work.
